According to section 55, the person who makes an application to initiate the proceedings related to the marriage of his property shall give the true details of his entire property.
(2) If the details are given in accordance with sub-section (1), the creditor is liable to be sued separately if he hides or conceals any material with intent to cause harm or damage to the creditor.
(3) In case of concealment or concealment of property as per sub-section (2), if such property is discovered without completion of the action related to damasah, it shall be done in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 61 in relation to the creditor and claimant and other creditors and claimants.
(4) If any creditor or claimant discovers the rightful possession in accordance with sub-section (3) after the completion of the damasahi action, the creditor or claimant who is discovered and brought, if the amount according to his claim has been recovered during the action of damasahi, ten percent of the property discovered and brought and the amount according to his claim is recovered. If it is not possible, his amount shall be collected and distributed to other creditors or claimants according to the same sub-section. (5) According to sub-section (2) the hidden or suppressed rights shall be paid to the creditor or claimant as per sub-section (4) and if any remaining amount shall be returned to the concerned person.
